Return and Exchange Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have a 7-day (including national holidays) product appreciation period from the time the product is delivered.
Please note that the 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period, and no returns or exchanges are available once the product has been used. The returned merchandise must be in new condition and with complete packaging (including the product, packaging, instructions, gifts, etc.). Returns that lack integrity and have lost their resale value or are overdue for more than 7 days will not be accepted.
