Harper's BBQ Rub #1 - Classic

This is my all round tried and true rub!!! its good for everything and i mean EVERYTHING!!! My BBQ Rub #1 is carefully formulated over 8 years to have flavor, color, and form the proper crust when cooked at low temps. || Little note from the chef || All these recipes are interchangeable. You can swap any of these for different meats different cuts or even vegetables. I encourage everyone to experiment in the kitchen. My rubs are a great starting point to give you flavor color and texture, I leave it to you to bring them to life. All you need is a little love, a little time and some creativity.
