/ Detailed description /
– If you choose the table lamp model, the wire will be equipped with a plug; if you choose the chandelier model, the wire ends will be left for you to install.
– The plug is US standard, suitable for Taiwan, the United States, Canada, Japan, and mainland China. Other countries need to install their own adapter plugs. The chandelier model will not be affected.
– The lamp holder provides a "one-year maintenance warranty". As long as it is not caused by human factors or natural wear and tear of parts, it can be inspected and repaired free of charge if the lamp is returned with the warranty letter.
– There may be slight errors in size (±0.3cm) due to hand-made products, textures are different, and pores on the surface are normal for Cement products.
/Shipping Instructions/
– Shipping costs for Taiwan’s outer islands are subject to an additional NT$100, which is not included in the free shipping discount.
– The goods will be shipped with complete packaging and the most complete protection to ensure that they are delivered to you safely. All packaging materials used can be recycled and reused.
– Due to the tendency of overturning and stacking when shipping from supermarkets, we do not accept claims for fragile items. For the sake of delivery safety, some products are not available for pick-up at supermarkets.
– If the product you receive is seriously damaged, please take a photo and send it back to us immediately, and keep the original packaging material, and we will handle it for you immediately.
– The refund amount for returns within the seven-day appreciation period will be deducted from the shipping fee, and the return shipping fee will be borne by the design studio.
