Unlike PU or patent leather which appear flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique grain and markings from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not considered defects. During processing, transportation, and production, the leather may also acquire minor indentations or scratches. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered within the normal range. In respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these unless they are major scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to the perfection of machine-produced items, but it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, as the leather ages and depending on usage, it will develop personal scratches and marks, darken, and gain a patina, gradually creating a unique appearance that belongs to the individual. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, batch-to-batch variations can occur due to different import lots or storage durations. The color of the leather may also vary. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order as a "customized product." Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, you agree to have the stitching color chosen by the designer and the embossing area left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a manufacturing error, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.). We understand that "online customization" can seem risky, so if you have specific requirements, it may be safer to purchase from a physical store.
