Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique patterns and markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, and blood vessels. These are not defects. During processing, shipping, and crafting, minor indentations or scratches are inevitable. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered normal. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major imperfections. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. While the finished product may not be as perfectly uniform as machine-made items, it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop its own patina, showing scratches and gaining a richer sheen, gradually revealing a unique character that belongs to you. This is the essence of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely captivating. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather color can vary between different batches due to varying stock and storage times. Even on the same piece of hide, the color absorption differs depending on the leather's grain. Colors may not be consistent between subsequent orders, so please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order as a "customized product." Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," in your order notes. If no notes are provided upon ordering, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" are not subject to an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
