Please Do Not Order Directly - Step 1: Communicate your ideas to the designer & send photos & inquire about the production schedule (Orders are taken on a first-come, first-served basis). Step 2: The designer will provide a quote & inform you of your order's schedule. Step 3: You confirm the order amount & agree to the schedule. Step 4: The designer will create a dedicated "Special Custom Project" listing for you to place your order. Step 5: Provide photos and information needed for production. Step 6: Once the order is confirmed, it will be added to the production queue or begin production (Each custom project takes approximately 30 business days to complete, excluding shipping time). Step 7: Before shipping, we will send photos for your confirmation & allow for minor adjustments. Step 8: The designer will ship the product.
