▶ Ticket Sales Policy
1. After placing an order, the system will send an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. If you choose the laser-engraved option and have confirmed your engraving details, please state them in the "Message to Designer" field.
3. Your enrollment is complete only after a store associate from the experience event location contacts you, and your desired date and available seats are confirmed.
4. After placing and paying for your order, we need to prepare the materials. Please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a uniform invoice receipt. If you require a VAT invoice, please provide your company name and VAT ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. If the class is canceled due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or issue a refund.
