1. Upon placing an order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification" email.
2. For laser-engraved designs, please provide your desired engraving text in the "Message to Designer" section upon checkout.
3. Your registration is complete only after a staff member from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. Due to material preparation, please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a tax ID number, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the workshop is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of a class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
