One-on-one private instruction, a class can be arranged for just one person! ・After checking in at the store and confirming your design, if you wish to change your design (only available for styles with materials in stock), you may do so by paying the difference. No refunds will be issued for exchanges to designs of lower value. ・Class registration secures a spot for the participant only. Accompanying guests will be accommodated only if space permits and at the discretion of the staff; accompanying guests are not permitted to participate in the workshop. ・Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. To ensure ample practice time, punctuality is appreciated. ・During the class, the instructor will provide a demonstration and participants will use practice materials for one attempt before working with the formal materials. If an irreversible flaw occurs due to personal error, a new set of materials may be purchased. ・The silver ring class typically takes 2-3 hours (duration may vary based on design complexity). After the class, the instructor will finalize and polish the piece, which usually takes about 2 hours. You are welcome to explore the vicinity and return to pick up your finished item. For same-day pickup, the latest appointment slot is 3:30 PM. If you do not require same-day pickup, evening slots are available, and the finished piece can be mailed to you (free shipping) or collected later. ・The "Metalworking Handcrafting Class" is an introductory course to metalworking, taught one-on-one by a professional instructor with demonstrations. A variety of tools are used, thus participants must be of high school or vocational school age (or older) and able to strictly follow the instructor's guidance to ensure safety during the learning process. ・It is mandatory to adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for tool and equipment operation. Participants must wear safety glasses, masks, aprons, and closed-toe shoes during the class. Failure to comply may result in the instructor halting the class, with the non-compliant party assuming responsibility for any resulting hazards. ・In the event of typhoons or other natural disasters on the scheduled class date, classes will be canceled according to government regulations for the store's location, and a new date will be arranged. ・The company reserves the right to alter course details. If a store event requires modification or cancellation of a class, participants will be notified in advance to reschedule.
