Chen Yue's works are all handmade. Pure handwork cannot achieve 100% perfection, and it cannot be exactly the same as mechanical manufacturing. Please do not place an order for perfectionist and incomprehensible ones.
The production starts after the order is received, and the production days are about 2-4 weeks. Please ask for the number of working days by private message before placing the order to avoid disputes.

Please treat hand-made products gently, and don't pull or rub them vigorously.
Frizz due to friction for a long time is a normal phenomenon, you can trim the surface with small scissors, or you can use a low-temperature iron to make the surface smooth.
If there is dirt, please use cold water and gently rub it with your hands as soon as possible (using shampoo), and let it dry naturally after washing.
