More than just a custom pillow, it's a warm companion made just for you. We craft a gentle embrace, a tangible warmth to hold close—a pillow to hold you, and to hold your happiness. 🧶 Product Details ▴ Outer Fabric: Both sides feature delicate and soft ultra-short plush fabric, offering a skin-friendly touch. Enhanced by premium digital printing technology for vibrant, full-bodied colors. ▴ Exclusive Inner Cushion: An accompanying inner cushion allows for easy removal and washing of the outer cover. It's filled with high-resilience, premium cotton that remains fluffy and resistant to flattening. The inner cushion has a hidden zipper, allowing you to adjust the amount of filling to make the pillow plumper or less full. 📝 Customization Process 1. Select the Perfect Photo: The beauty of the final product depends on the photo quality. Please choose a high-resolution image where the subject's face is clear, lighting is ample, and colors are evenly contrasted. Screenshots, dimly lit, or out-of-focus photos are strongly discouraged as they can affect the print quality. 2. Upload Your Image: Please send the original file of your chosen photo via direct message or email. 3. Choose Background Color(s): Select your preferred background color. We especially recommend a dual-sided combination of "one white/light side, one colored side" to add depth and texture to your pillow. 4. Personalization Add-ons/Accessories: Please proactively inform us if you wish to add small embellishments (e.g., cute blush, a personalized name tag). If not communicated before artwork confirmation, the design will proceed with the de-imaged original picture. 5. Revision Limit: To ensure efficient production, one complimentary revision for background color or minor adjustments is provided. Subsequent revisions will incur a modification fee. 6. Artwork Confirmation: Once Xiao Hua completes the design, a "mock-up" will be provided for your review. Production will commence only after your confirmation. 7. Production Time: Custom-made items typically require 10-20 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). For urgent needs related to special occasions or gift-giving, please communicate with us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate. ⚠️ Purchase Notice (Important Information) 1. No Returns for Custom Orders: All items in our store are exclusively custom-made according to individual preferences and are therefore considered special goods to which the 7-day cooling-off period does not apply, as per consumer protection laws. Except for significant defects, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, color differences, or size discrepancies. Your understanding and acceptance are appreciated before placing an order. 2. Screen Color Differences & Print Limitations: A 10%-15% color variation between screen displays (mobile or computer) and the final textile print is to be expected and considered reasonable. Additionally, the sharpness of lines printed on fabric may not be as perfect as on paper. Minor color discrepancies and slight bleeding are not considered product defects. Those seeking absolute perfection should consider this carefully before purchasing. 3. Cancellation & Change Policy: Once you provide your photo, production arrangements begin for custom items. Order cancellations or refunds are not possible. (If you need to change the photo before printing, a design and processing fee of NT$300 per photo will apply). 4. Size Tolerance: The pillow shape is derived from the de-imaged outline of your photo. Due to the cutting and sewing process, finished product dimensions may have a reasonable handmade tolerance of 3-5cm. 5. Photo Copyright: Please ensure you have legal authorization or ownership of the photos you provide. Any copyright disputes related to celebrities, anime characters, etc., will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. 6. Production Details: Each pillow is meticulously designed by Xiao Hua. During this process, we carefully retouch the image, preserving hair and texture details as much as possible, and optimize colors and shadows for the highest quality visual presentation.
