A small book born from travel Hanoi, Vietnam - Indie Press - Paper

Product Description

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, I was unable to travel overseas for a while, and I finally decided to resume traveling overseas in 2023. Therefore, I first visited Vietnam, a relatively nearby country in Southeast Asia, and immediately created a travel guide about the current state of Vietnam. This trip also marked my first visit to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. The city of Hanoi is quite large, but this time I decided to stay in the old quarter and visit various attractions within walking distance. For that reason, I didn't visit many of the cutting-edge spots in the suburbs, but I think I was able to visit most of the places that give you a sense of Hanoi's history, especially the old quarter. It seems that urban railways are being developed little by little, so I think that if that happens, it will become a convenient means of sightseeing in Hanoi. At the hand binding workshop, the author himself, who has mastered the art of hand binding, carefully produces each book by hand. The main text is tied with thread, making the book easy to open, strong and durable. In addition to enjoying the photos as a small book, you can also use it as a small interior decoration for your room. [Visit period] May to June 2023 [City visited] Hanoi, Vietnam (capital) [Cover fabric] Hand-stamped fabric (cotton) from the Hmong tribe in Vietnam purchased at an ethnic minority goods store in Hanoi. [Size] Length: Approx. 75mm x Width: Approx. 55mm x Width: Approx. 6mm [Number of pages] 24 pages (including 20 pages of photos) The title and text on the cover are printed using an inkjet printer, so please handle with care as they may bleed if exposed to moisture. Also, please be careful not to expose it to direct sunlight for a long time, as this may cause fading. Please note that the pattern on the cover may vary slightly depending on how the fabric is taken. *Please refer to the 5th photo for the degree of difference in pattern. We check the product, but if there are any incorrect or missing pages, we will replace it.
