(4) In order to ensure the safety of customers and reduce the risk of infection from strangers, the experience venues and equipment are thoroughly disinfected and a real-name sign-in system is implemented. (5) Aroma beauticians will wear masks throughout the process. (6) Use alcohol/hypochlorous acid water before and after activities to strengthen disinfection of frequent contact points such as doorknobs and table tops. (7) If you are unable to attend after payment, you can apply for a refund through the order system. Tickets can be refunded within three days from the event date, and the ticket will not be refunded on the event day. (8) If you need to reschedule, please send a message or call 02-2278-7667 extension 207 to inform. Rescheduling will not be accepted on the event day. (9) If the activity is stopped due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund. In case of a typhoon, refunds or extensions can be made according to the suspension of classes announced by the venue of the event and the place of residence of the customer.
