Please refer to the actual product for the most accurate color. ﾟ Cleaning and Care Japanese Canvas ﾟ Our Japanese canvas is made from pre-dyed (yarn is dyed before weaving) waxed canvas, ensuring excellent quality without color bleeding or staining clothing. However, as the fabric ages with exposure to sunlight and wear, its color may gradually fade. This is a natural occurrence. Leather ﾟ If accidentally exposed to water, wipe dry immediately. Use a fan or a low-temperature hairdryer to dry. Drying in an air-conditioned room can also quickly dissipate water stains. Avoid touching the leather with dirty, oily, or damp hands (from sweat). For bags with mixed leather and fabric, clean them separately. Leather parts can be wrapped in plastic wrap before washing the fabric to prevent water contact (dyed leather is prone to fading and staining fabric when wet). If the leather becomes stained, avoid washing with water. Apply a clear leather conditioner to help the stain fade gradually over time. With use, the leather will gradually deepen in color and develop a warm patina. Fabric ﾟ Spot Cleaning: For localized stains, use a toothbrush with soap to gently scrub the area, then dry thoroughly with a hairdryer. Full Cleaning: If the bag contains leather, do not soak it in water. Hand wash the fabric. After soaking, gently press out the dirt. Pat dry with a large towel and air dry in a cool, shaded place. Once nearly dry, use an iron with a pressing cloth to reshape. Production begins the day after your order is confirmed. Finished products will be shipped approximately 5 business days after confirmation. Custom orders will be shipped approximately 30 business days after confirmation. (This excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.) If an ordered item cannot be shipped or is out of stock, we will notify you proactively and cancel that item from your order. Invoices will be shipped together with the product and cannot be sent separately. If customs duties are assessed, they will be borne by the consumer. ﾟ Return Policy The appreciation period begins the day after you receive the item and lasts for 7 days (including weekends and holidays). The appreciation period is not a trial period. If you actually use the product, we will not be able to accept returns.
