As these are handmade items, there may be a margin of error of about 1cm. The length of the item is indicated including the clasp (like a lobster clasp or toggle clasp), not just the ribbon or lace portion. The model in the photo has a neck circumference of approximately 30cm (at the center of the neck). If your neck is less than 30cm, it will be loose, so please write your desired length in the notes section. *For example: "Request to shorten the item by 2cm" or "Request item length of 28cm." If you have concerns about the size, we will ship with an additional 5cm adjuster extension.
