Everyone is guessing how old Jim is, but in fact, the old Jim beer factory is a craft brewery operated by "Jim" and "Daddy" (as for how old Jim is, please ask him on the spot). Jim, originally an office worker, spends his free time studying wine at home by himself. After he became interested in brewing, he won the championship of the Taiwan Brewing Beer Competition in one fell swoop, and then invested in the craft brewery business. The spacious brewery has a strong American style. Each season will introduce different flavors of beer, incorporating Yilan’s local products, such as golden dates and aboriginal peppers-Ma Gao, etc., creating local vitality and order Craft beer that surprises people.

Without much decoration, but with the confidence and persistence of "good wine is not afraid of deep alleys", the founder Wu Minghua doesn't say much, just sharing with us the beer that makes him proud, because he believes, "What he wants to say, beer I will tell the guests!” Sure enough, when the beer is in, the thick pure wheat fragrance stretches in the mouth, making people really feel like they are in a wheat field.

Devin from the United States took root in Yilan. Because he missed the beer in his hometown, he began to try his own brewing. Unexpectedly, because of the excellent flavor of the brewed beer, he began to become the "source" for his friends to obtain craft beer. The supply of self-brewed beer was in short supply, and his friends were swept away. In the end, he didn't even have to drink it! So, with love for beer (and a large part of it, love for friends), Devin decided to expand his business and opened his own brewery, brewing a unique aroma with Yilan water, and using "Wuhu" Birds that are common in Yilan are named for his beer.
