✨ Perfume Bar Event Guidelines | Please review the following to ensure a smooth and ritualistic scent experience 🌿
To ensure each Perfume Bar event flows naturally and is filled with a sense of ritual, please assist us by noting the following:
1. Pre-Event Scent Theme Discussion Required
Whether for a wedding, brand event, birthday party, or baby's first month celebration, the scent experience will be custom-designed according to the theme. Please complete the discussion and confirmation with us at least one month prior to the event date. This includes details such as: fragrance style, on-site flow, formula design, and visual presentation. Failure to confirm within the deadline may affect perfume preparation and setup arrangements.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Perfume Bar events require the preparation of exclusive essential oils, equipment, and decor. Last-minute cancellations are unfortunately not possible. In special circumstances, please submit a rescheduling request at least 14 days before the event, and we will do our best to assist in adjusting the schedule.
⚠ Deposits are non-refundable, so please understand and assess your participation arrangements in advance.
3. Deposit and Final Payment Methods
Upon booking confirmation, please pay the deposit first to reserve your time slot and secure materials. The balance can be paid before the event or handled as per mutual agreement. If you are unable to participate due to personal reasons, the deposit is non-refundable.
4. Event Photography and Portrait Rights
On the event day, the organizer may conduct candid photography for event documentation and future promotional materials. If you or your guests do not wish to be photographed, please inform us proactively before the event or on-site, and we will respect your wishes and make arrangements.
5. Event Design Flexibility

6. Other Information
The organizer reserves the right to adjust, modify, or terminate the event. For any unaddressed matters, the organizer's explanation will prevail. Registration is considered agreement to the above terms.
