Extended film strips will have transparent tape connecting the sections. The film strip casing is shipped randomly. The casing is a leftover from shooting and is not brand new; minor scratches or wear are normal. Please do not order if this is unacceptable. 3. For a more pleasing aesthetic, it's recommended to orient all photos in the same direction. 4. With the standard header, the film strip may easily roll into the casing. Once it rolls in, it cannot be retrieved, and Paw Pad cannot offer compensation. Please do not order if this is unacceptable. 5. What to do if the film strip rolls into the casing: 1: Keep the casing, not the film: Treat the rolled-up film as a charm, a memory preserved forever. 2: Keep the film, not the casing: Use scissors to carefully cut into the film's exit slot to open the casing and retrieve the film. However, this will damage the casing. 3: Have it removed by a photo shop: Most photo shops have tools to retrieve film. However, since this is not real film, it usually scratches or damages the photos upon removal, which is risky. 4: Search online for removal methods: There are methods online, such as using double-sided tape, which may be the safest approach. 6. Film strip storage: Avoid moisture and heat to prevent mold or discoloration of the protective film. 7. For film strip rolling instructions, please refer to the video tutorial at the end of the product page. 8. We do not recommend using collage photos, overexposed photos, group photos, or very dark photos. These can result in an unappealing image. If you have concerns about your photos, please consult the designer.
