Avoid using strong detergents, excessive water, or soaking. 8. Bags are packaged in PP bags. The packaging is for protection during transit, and minor creasing or indentations are unavoidable. Damaged packaging cannot be exchanged or returned. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Actual product colors are final. Handmade and measured dimensions may have a normal difference of approximately 1-3 cm. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Please contact us via private message within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Late requests will not be processed. 2. Items for return or exchange must be in new, unworn condition, with original packaging (PP bag + outer box), including accessories and attached tags. 3. Items purchased as part of a special offer cannot be returned individually. If you need to return such items, please return the entire order and reorder. 4. For any concerns or missing items, please provide a complete unboxing video to ensure fairness and facilitate smooth processing of returns, exchanges, or replacements. 5. Ensure the original packaging (PP bag + outer box) is intact. Do not directly affix labels to the PP bag. A re-packaging fee of NT$100 will be charged for damaged outer packaging due to improper repacking. 6.
