For special stamping requests, please message the designer to discuss. 📍 All key cases will feel stiff initially due to added thickness. They require a break-in period to soften and become more comfortable to use. Please send a photo of your key for verification before placing an order. __Ordering Process__ 💁🏻 Production begins only after your order is placed. Items will be shipped within 10 business days, starting from the day after your order is confirmed. Each additional item may require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeframe before ordering. This product is crafted using a wet-molding technique. Air-drying alone takes about 2-4 days. While surface imperfections may not be obvious when the leather is flat, they can become more pronounced once molded into a three-dimensional shape. If significant flaws are found, the piece will be remade. Its light shade is prone to showing dirt and production marks, with more visible leather grain. Specify Hot Stamping Content in Order Notes** Hot stamping is done using movable type. English letters can be freely arranged. Chinese characters use a fixed font. __Numbers cannot be stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm high, lowercase letters are 3mm high. Due to the difficulty in uniformly heating each character with the hot stamping machine, issues like foil peeling can occur if there are too many characters, the text is too long, or all characters are uppercase. These situations are unavoidable. Please consider your desired text carefully. 2. The hot stamping add-on covers the cost for a single line of stamping only. It does not include back-side or multi-line stamping. 3. This product is made to order. Working days vary depending on the size and quantity of the item(s). Typically, items are shipped within 10 business days. 4. Leather naturally has grain patterns and may show marks from the cow's growth, such as scars or insect bites. Please order only if you accept these natural characteristics. 5. All product photos are actual shots. However, color variations may occur due to computer monitors and lighting. The actual product color is the standard. 6. Handmade items may show slight imperfections inherent to the crafting process and cannot be compared to factory-made perfection.
