The bark is harvested about once every nine years without cutting down the tree, making it a truly renewable material, and cork forests absorb large amounts of CO2 each year. Before installation, apply an adhesive yourself, such as a modified-silicone adhesive (e.g. Bomar 3306), white glue, contact adhesive or silicone sealant. - Make sure the wall is flat and clean; dust or dirt will weaken adhesion. - Follow the adhesive manufacturer's instructions and take care during installation. **【How to Install (DIY)】** 1. Prepare the Muratto cork tiles plus a utility knife, tape measure, pencil, clean cloth and adhesive. 2. Wipe the wall clean and make sure it is flat and dry. 3. Mark the layout on the wall with a ruler and pencil. 4. Trim tiles to size with a utility knife if needed. 5. Apply adhesive to the back of the tile and wait 5–10 minutes until tacky. 6. Starting from your reference point, place the tiles one by one, keeping them level and plumb. 7. Press gently so each tile bonds firmly to the wall. 8. Wipe off excess adhesive with a cloth and leave for 24 hours to cure.
