・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has started before registering.
・After placing your order and completing the checkout, your purchase details serve as confirmation of your registration. No physical ticket will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at your scheduled session time; no further SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not paid for will be considered as not successfully registered. Enrollment will close immediately once the class is full, and unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment is complete, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
* According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-term Supplementary Schools" announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
* Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the following 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the option. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
* On the day of the class, as instructor materials and venue space have already been prepared, refunds and reschedulings are not accepted. Participants who do not show up will be considered as forfeiting.
* To protect the rights of other participants, anyone arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered as forfeiting.
* For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany participants or join the activity, unless a child requires a parent's assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation, which is not subject to this restriction. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days before the event start date, Xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer participants a choice of rescheduling or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late.
・No outside food or beverages are allowed in the workshop. This class includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must comply with the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may conduct on-site filming during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes, which may be uploaded to Xiabenhow's social media channels after the event. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other promotional activities.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
