Gently slide it onto the thinner upper part of your ear and move it downwards. If it doesn't fit, slightly widen the opening. 2. Once you slide it to your desired position, give it a light tug to ensure it's secure. If it feels loose, gradually narrow the opening to adjust. 3. Once you've adjusted it to your perfect fit, you can put it on and take it off without further adjustment. There's no need to readjust the opening each time you wear it.
