▶ Ticket Sales Policy
1. Upon purchase, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification" via email.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired engraving text in the "Message to Designer" field after confirming your order.
3. Your registration is complete only after a staff member from the experience venue contacts you to confirm your reserved date and availability.
4. As materials are prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 design store can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide your company's name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
