March beer MÄRZEN
German "MÄRZEN Melson" means "March". Traditional Bavaria has a ban on winemaking due to the high temperature in summer. Winemakers must brew in the spring of each year to reserve for the next winemaking season. The malt flavor is rich and full, the taste is sweet and not sticky, with a subtle bitterness of hops and a clean finish. The whole has a clear caramel taste and honey aroma, which is rich in layers.
