Mug dimensions are height 98mm, diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and air bubbles along the curved edges during the mug's firing process are unavoidable and considered normal. Returns or exchanges are not processed for these conditions. ● When washing, please do not use abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and remove the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Imperfections like specks or small indentations that occur during firing are normal. ● Coasters may have minor scratches or dust on the surface. The quality of blank coasters can vary by approximately 10% between batches. Ink absorption levels in the pores of the coasters may differ. This is especially noticeable with pink or dark backgrounds, which may show uneven color blocks or cloudy spots. The above conditions are considered normal and not defects. Please ensure you are comfortable with these before placing an order. ● Each set of coasters comes in a gift box. The non-slip pads are attached by hand and may occasionally be slightly misaligned. Product images are composite mock-ups for reference only. Actual colors and proportions of the finished product may have slight variations. The final product is the definitive standard. This product is custom-made. Production time begins the day after payment is completed and takes 7-10 days (excluding holidays).
