This is an SDGs jewelry piece featuring *kintsugi* repair, upcycled from ceramics by Matsukagayama Kiln (Shounzan-kama), who creates pottery in Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. We reuse cracked or chipped ceramics that would otherwise be discarded, and transform them into accessories with *kintsugi* repair. It is a unique Japanese traditional repair method for mending broken or chipped pottery and porcelain using lacquer and gold powder. This work uses a modern, simplified *kintsugi* technique. Unlike traditional *kintsugi* which uses natural lacquer sap, this piece uses adhesive for the bonding.
