* To ensure quality instruction, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving early to prevent prolonged waiting.
* Latecomers cannot be accommodated for individual explanations during the class.
"Please do not be late" to avoid disrupting the session for other participants.
To uphold the rights of other students, entry will be denied for arrivals exceeding 10 minutes past the start time. Rescheduling will be required (one-time).
* No food or drinks are allowed in the classroom. Please use lidded containers for beverages to prevent spills.
* Classes may be filmed and photographed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform staff on-site to avoid being captured. By registering, you consent to Dottie Studio using images and footage of you, your likeness, and your creations.
* Our studio operates by appointment only. Once a class is booked, cancellations, refunds, and same-day rescheduling are not permitted. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is allowed once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather-related: Government-issued closures for your region.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which may be discussed.

* In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, stop immediately and notify staff. Do not attempt to fix it yourself. Any damage to equipment caused by unauthorized operation requires full compensation.
