The designer will refer to the font style and arrange the text content, write freely, and add the signature and seal according to the overall coordination of the work. ❸ The average production period for customized works is about 25-30 working days (excluding holidays), excluding the pre-discussion time. When there are a large number of orders, the production will be arranged according to the order sequence. Since the work is customized, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please consider carefully before placing an order. - "Calligraphy Rice Paper Manuscript" Writing Process Description In order to complete the writing on the rice paper in one go, each fine-tuning needs to be rewritten until a satisfactory work is achieved. The master is then asked to manually flatten and mount it. Since the entire process is purely handmade, the process is relatively complicated and time-consuming, so the cost will be slightly higher than that of "frameless reproduction paintings". Xingmo's custom calligraphy works are divided into two types: "frameless reproductions" and "calligraphy rice paper originals" If you need to customize the text of "Frameless Copy Painting", please refer to the following website for detailed information: https://www.pinkoi.com/product/3iDHtigZ - The designer reserves the copyright of the work and shall not infringe ． It is only for personal collection and gift giving by customers. Please do not reproduce and sell it on your own, or use it for commercial purposes such as trademarks, advertising, and publicity. ． If you need to use it for commercial purposes, we will provide different quotations. Please feel free to inquire. Copyright © 2022 Hsinmo Design Integration Co., Ltd. All rights reserved. What does customization under a non-exclusive license mean? Non-exclusive authorization is based on "Article 37 of the Copyright Law" which states that the copyright owner can authorize the rights to different objects. Non-exclusive authorization is the most common form of authorization. If a contract has the intention of authorization but does not clearly stipulate that it is an exclusive authorization or an exclusive authorization, it will be classified as a non-exclusive authorization. This means that the design copyright of the customized calligraphy paintings belongs to Xingmo Design Integration Co., Ltd., and customers who purchase the products are not allowed to copy or commercialize them. If commercialization or reproduction is required, the details of exclusive authorization can be discussed, and the customization fees will also be different. What does writing fee mean? The writing fee is the writing-related expenses (such as labor time, ink, brush, and rice paper) incurred for custom works. Before making the painting, we will give you a simulation picture of the work situation, which does not include the modification fee. How to maintain frameless paintings? The material of the frameless painting is canvas. Please use a soft clean brush, dust brush, etc. to gently wipe off the dust. Please avoid rubbing the canvas back and forth with a dry or wet cloth to avoid scratching it. It is necessary to avoid long-term direct sunlight or light. It is recommended to place frameless paintings in a ventilated and moisture-proof location to prevent them from getting damp and deteriorating.
