【Getting to A Poem of Handcraft】
Address: No. 38, Lane 113, Jiankang Road Section 1, South District, Tainan City
1. For Tainan locals: You can ride a scooter or drive. Opposite McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there's a small slope. At the entrance, under a large tree, you'll see a sign for "Zhuxi Village." Walk straight for about 60 meters, and you'll see the A Poem of Handcraft sign. (Avoid turning towards the riverside path in front; while the pink wildflower trees are lovely.)
* If you need parking, there is a parking lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO Cafe.
2. For visitors from out of town: It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the train station. If you're taking a city bus, take bus number 5 from the train station and alight at the "Zhuxi Temple" stop (right by the large tree). If you're arriving via the tourist shuttle or HSR transfer, it's a bit further; you'll need to alight at "Yanping Junwang Temple," walk along Kaishan Road towards Fulian Road, and then towards Jiankang Road. Once you cross Jiankang Road, you'll find the Zhuxi Village slope. Keep going!

1. After placing your order, please check your email for the PINKOI e-ticket for the experience class and confirm the item and session details.
2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
3. Due to limited space, only ticket holders are permitted to enter and participate to ensure comfort and safety for all attendees. Those without tickets may not join the experience.
4. For craft courses, two participants cannot share one set of materials.
5. If materials are accidentally damaged or incorrectly made due to personal error during the process, participants may purchase replacement materials on-site (paying the difference) to continue. We appreciate your understanding.
6. To reschedule, please request a refund and re-purchase your ticket. (Must be done at least 5 days in advance.)
7. Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damage caused by non-compliance will be the responsibility of the participant.
8. Please arrive on time for the session. Punctuality is appreciated to ensure you have the full experience. (Refunds are not possible on the day of the event.)
9. During the experience, "A Poem of Handcraft" may take photos and videos of the event, which will be uploaded to our Facebook fan page or Instagram "A Poem of Handcraft" event page after the activity. Photos containing your likeness may be used for event recaps or future promotional materials. Participants are welcome to download their own photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor on the day of the event, and they will make arrangements.
【Refund Policy】
1. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters (e.g., typhoons resulting in class cancellations), A Poem of Handcraft will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or a refund.
2. For refunds requested due to personal reasons, a 30% service fee will be charged. (If you encounter any inconvenience, we recommend contacting the metalcraft instructor to reschedule, with one reschedule permitted.)
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days prior to the event.
4. After placing your order, please verify the items and payment details on your e-ticket. On-site, only additional charges for materials can be settled; refunds are not provided.
