【Getting to Handcrafting Poetry】

1. For Tainan locals: By scooter or car, look for a small slope diagonally opposite McDonald's on Jiankang Road. The entrance is marked with "Zhuxi Village" under a large tree. Continue straight for about 60 meters, and you'll see the Handcrafting Poetry sign (avoid the riverside path in front, even though the pink flower maple trees are beautiful).
* Parking is available between COFFEE DUET and ORO cafe for those who need it.
2. For visitors: A 10-minute taxi ride from the train station. If taking a public bus, board bus route 5 from the train station and alight at the Zhuxi Temple stop (right by the large tree). If arriving via the tourist bus or high-speed rail shuttle, you'll alight at Yanping Junwang Temple. Walk along Kaishan Road towards Fulian Road, then turn towards Jiankang Road. Crossing Jiankang Road will lead you to the Zhuxi Village slope. Keep going!

1. After placing your order, please check your email for the experience voucher from PINKOI and confirm the item and time slot.
2. Participants must be 18 years or older.
3. Due to limited space, only ticket holders may participate in the experience to ensure comfort and safety. Unregistered individuals are not permitted to join.
4. For craft workshops, two people cannot share one set of materials.
5. If materials are accidentally damaged or incorrectly made due to personal error during the process, participants may purchase replacement materials on-site to continue (additional charges apply). We appreciate your understanding.
6. To reschedule, please request a refund and re-purchase your ticket. (Requests must be made at least 5 days in advance.)
7. Participants must adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damage caused by violations will be the participant's responsibility.
8. Please arrive on time. Punctuality is appreciated to maximize your experience time. (No refunds will be issued on the day of the event.)
9. During the experience, Handcrafting Poetry may take photos for documentation. These photos may be uploaded to our Facebook page or Instagram "Handcrafting Poetry" event page and used for future event promotion or recruitment. You are welcome to download any photos featuring yourself. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the instructor on the day, and they will make arrangements.
【Refund Policy】
1. In case of force majeure events (e.g., typhoons leading to class cancellations), Handcrafting Poetry will proactively contact you to reschedule or issue a refund.
2. For refunds due to personal reasons, a 30% handling fee will be charged. (If inconvenience arises, we suggest contacting the instructor to reschedule, with one change permitted.)
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days of the event.
4. After placing your order, please confirm the items and payment on your e-ticket. On-site, only additional charges can be settled; refunds are not provided.
