A small Kutani ware plate featuring a charming design of numerous dogs.
Available in two patterns: a yellow plate adorned with flowers and stuffed animals, and a light blue plate decorated with sweets and bread.
Kutani ware is a type of porcelain originating from the area around Kaga City in Ishikawa Prefecture, with its beginnings in the early Edo period.
It is characterized by its vibrant colors and bold yet elegant patterns.
Please note that due to differences in the expansion rates of the base material and glaze, you may find "kannyu" (crazing), a network of fine cracks on the glaze surface of the ceramic.
