1. Proxy Purchasing Process:
・This product is purchased from the Japanese platform, iichi, through Pinkoi's proxy service. Once an order is placed, the system will automatically initiate the proxy purchase.
・To respect the artisans on iichi, Pinkoi requests that you notify the platform of any changes or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. This includes modifications to items, shipping information, or complete order cancellations. Please press the "Request refund" button on the order page to cancel or place another order. If a product(s) has already shipped, you can return it within seven days of receiving it. Please see point three, "Refund & Exchange Policy", below for more details. Please note, the system will use the refund request submission time as the basis for determining whether the order can be canceled. No order cancellations will be accepted after the deadline.
・Please complete the Real-name Authentication within 3 days after the order is placed. If the Real-name Authentication is not completed, the cross-border package cannot be delivered, and the order will be automatically canceled by the system.
2. Product Inventory:
・All orders are subject to the supplier's actual inventory. Please note, there may be cases where the product is sold out or out of stock.
・If an item in an order is out of stock, the system will refund the item and proceed with the rest of the order.
・If all items in the order are out of stock, the system will automatically cancel the order.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy:
・This product is purchased from the Japanese platform, iichi, through Pinkoi's proxy service and is considered a cross-border transaction. The refund and exchange policy, therefore, follows Pinkoi's "Returns Policy." If an item is returned for a reason other than those that are listed, the customer will bear the shipping fee of returns.
・Return Process
1. You must submit a refund request by pressing the "Request refund" button on the order page within seven days of receiving the product(s). Requests made after the seven-day period will not be accepted.
2. After the system approves the refund request, please follow the instructions on the page and return the product(s) to the specified address. To ensure a smooth return process, please use the original packaging and ensure the product is unused.
3. After Pinkoi is notified that the product(s) is returned and confirms that there are no errors, the order refund will be arranged.

They are knitted in the Oshu region, washed and processed one by one, and then finished by Bsyu's.

Yarn raw material: Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region cashmere + top grade silk
Cashmere raw wool is sourced exclusively from certain areas in China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
The quality of cashmere raw materials varies greatly depending on the breed of cashmere goat and its habitat. They are raised under extremely harsh climatic conditions, with extreme temperature differences ranging from minus 30 to 40 degrees Celsius in winter to over 30 degrees Celsius in summer. The harsher the conditions, the better the quality of the wool harvested, with fine, long, white, and slimy down fibers, making it the best raw material, so identifying the habitat is the most important factor.
The yarn material is made from materials that are carefully blended and dyed with top-grade silk materials at the cotton stage, and then delicately spun at a long-established domestic spinning factory.
Delivery: Regarding packaging when shipped.
*If shipping by courier, the item will be wrapped in Mino openwork washi paper and shipped in a Bisyu's original gift box.
*If you find it inconvenient to receive a parcel by courier, we also accept shipping via Click Post.
In that case, the item will be wrapped in Mino washi paper and placed in a PP bag instead of a gift box.
*Currently, Bisyu's only encloses information regarding the handling of artwork.
