Q: How to check in on the day?
A: After registration and payment, you will receive the order details and payment success notification by email. After logging in as a member, you can also check the order details, just show the order details or provide your registration name.
Q: Can I book a class?
A: If there is no one to sign up for this period, more than six people can book a class. The studio is fully reserved during this period. Each person can choose different items and enjoy a 50% discount on the official website price. If you need a private class, please contact us in advance. message or phone for enquiries.
Q: Can children participate?
A: Scissors and hot melt glue guns will be used in the production process. Due to safety considerations, it is not recommended for children under 6 years old to participate in the class; 6-11 years old need to make it together with their parents, accompanied by a chair next to the seat; 12 years old and above can participate in the production on their own , parents can also accompany them by adding chairs next to their seats.
Q: Can two people co-produce?
A: Unless parents and children participate together, there is no additional price. Each adult is required to create one piece of work. To protect the rights of each student to receive the class, companions are not allowed to participate. If the number of attendees is greater than the number of registrations, a fee will be charged per person. $500.
Q: Can I reschedule?
A: 24 hours before the course start time (for example: the course start time is 01/02 13:30, and you must contact us to reschedule before 01/01 13:30 at the latest). If you are unable to come, you can contact us to change the class date and time; if the course No refund will be given if you do not attend on the day and cannot be rescheduled. You can go to the studio to pick up the flower materials.
Q: Anti-epidemic measures?
A: During the course, the instructor wears a mask throughout the course. Classroom doorknobs, tools, desktops, etc. are disinfected with alcohol every day, so please feel free to use them.
