Custom Gift Felt Cat - Order with Your Photo

Please read the following notes carefully before ordering: 1. Kindly send us photos for a quote and specify your desired pose and expression (e.g., lying down, standing, looking up, or any quirky expressions/actions). 2. If you have kept your pet's fur, you can send it to us to be incorporated into the felt figurine. Fur can be sent via SF Express or mail. 3. Please provide photos of your pet from the front, side, top, and back, clearly showing their fur color and pattern distribution. Multiple photos are appreciated to aid the shop owner's observation. 4. Use photos taken in normal lighting. Overly bright or dark, or blurry images can affect the creation process (you can also provide photos of the same breed to compensate). 5. Please inform the shop owner of any distinctive features your pet has, so they can be added to the felt creation. 6. Please indicate the desired completion date. Custom orders typically take about 15 days or more. Larger and more complex creations require longer. If this is a gift, please allow 1-2 months for creation and delivery. 7. After the initial creation, up to 5 revisions can be made. Please discuss any desired modifications with the shop owner once you have confirmed. 8. Optional decorations can be added, such as scarves, felt name tags, felt hair accessories, and dust covers. Please understand that felt creations cannot be made exactly identical. Larger than 20cm is also possible, with a corresponding price increase. ※ Payment ※ You may choose to pay in full or pay half upfront. ※ Wool ※ Crafted from long-fiber wool or imported Merino wool. ※ Care Instructions ※ If small fuzz balls appear due to friction, simply trim them off with small scissors. This will not affect the felt fabric. Do not machine wash. ※ Shipping: SF Express ※ Taiwan: For SF Express shipments to Taiwan, please ensure you have completed real-name verification via "EZ WAY" as per the announcement by Taiwan's Ministry of Finance, Directorate General of Customs, effective January 16, 2020. You will also need to provide the "Recipient's Tax ID Number" (i.e., ID card number) for smooth customs clearance and delivery by the courier.
