● Course Introduction
Chuanchuan Handmade, in its new season, launches a course combining "Mindful Meditation" and "Handmade Ornaments." Through mindful crafting, find inner peace in tranquil moments, no longer letting emotions dominate your life.
In class, you will be guided by the instructor through meditation and sitting, entering a state of deep self-release to alleviate inner stress.
Learn mindful meditation to cultivate mindfulness; become aware of your thoughts, emotions, and mind at the moment, and learn to regulate your state.
In the crafting portion, we will similarly focus on the overall structural design of the ornament. The "Single Strand" structure is designed for hanging, with each strand uniquely designed. Each class produces one strand ornament; additional strands can be made at an extra charge during the class.
The single strand ornament is an entry-level piece. Creating multiple strands linked together forms a unique aesthetic.
