The name Taimali comes from the Paiwan language "Tjavualji", which means "fertile soil under the sun". In recent years, it has gained the reputation of "the land of the rising sun". Coffee is mainly produced in Huayuan Village in the north, at an altitude of about 600 meters. Due to the characteristics of the terrain, there is only sunshine in the morning. Humidity is in line with coffee needs.
The annual output of the Taimali coffee estate is about 600 kg, which is preserved in shell to maintain freshness. This batch uses annual fresh raw beans, which are refined by washing method. The taste spectrum includes honey, osmanthus and other aromas, as well as chocolate bitterness, caramel aroma and taste, with a long aftertaste.
