**To participate in the experience activity, please complete your ticket purchase at least < 2 days > in advance.
**After placing your order, you will receive an internal message confirming your purchase. No physical tickets will be mailed.
**Minors aged 12 and above must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 😊~
**To ensure teaching quality and the rights of other participants, accompanying guests are not permitted during the class. Thank you. 🙏~
**Entry is allowed 10 minutes before the activity. To ensure the smooth running of the experience, please do not be late. Latecomers exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and no refund will be issued. (If you have special circumstances, please leave me a message.) 😊~
**No water or beverages are provided at the venue. Please bring your own. ~
**Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by non-compliance. ~
Cancellation Policy:
**Cancellations notified 7 days prior to the course (excluding the start date) will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period. ~
**Cancellations notified between 6 and 4 days prior to the course (excluding the start date) will incur a 50% handling fee. ~
**Cancellations made 3 days prior to the course or on the day of the course are not accepted and no refund will be issued. ~
**If the activity is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be issued. ~
**We recommend transferring your spot if you need to cancel within 6 days prior to the course. However, please be sure to inform us of the transferee's name and contact information. ~
**In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters or typhoons, we will contact you to reschedule or issue a refund. ~
Rescheduling Policy:
**Dates can be changed between 6 and 4 days prior to the course (excluding the start date), but only one change is permitted. ~
**Rescheduled activities cannot be cancelled. ~
