**Those who wish to participate in the experience activity must complete the ticket purchase at least < 2 days > in advance.**
**After placing an order, you will receive a private message confirming your purchase. No physical tickets will be sent.**
**Minors aged 8 and above must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 😊~
**To ensure teaching quality and the rights of other students, accompanying guests are not allowed during the class. Thank you 🙏~
**Entry is allowed 10 minutes before the event. To ensure the smooth progress of the experience, please do not be late. Latecomers exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and will not be eligible for a refund (if there are special circumstances, please leave me a message 😊)~
**No water or beverages will be provided at the venue. Please bring your own to drink~
**Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations~
Cancellation Policy:
**Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the class (excluding the departure date) will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period~
**Cancellations notified between 6 days and 4 days before the class (excluding the departure date) will incur a 50% handling fee~
**Cancellations are not accepted from 3 days before the class to the day of the class, and no refunds will be issued~
**If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer during the event, no refund will be issued~
**We recommend transferring your spot if you need to cancel within 6 days before the class. However, please be sure to inform us of the transferee's name and contact information~
**In case of natural disasters, typhoons, or other force majeure events, we will contact you to reschedule or issue a refund~
Date Change Policy:
**Dates can be changed between 6 days and 4 days before the class (excluding the departure date), but changes are limited to one time~
**Activities that have been rescheduled cannot be canceled~
**Date changes are not accepted from 3 days before the class to the day of the class~
