No need to adjust for extra room or tightness. Due to handcrafted nature, bracelets will be made to a suitable size, with approximately 1cm of flexibility. If you prefer a snug fit or a looser feel, please note it in your order. ❤️ ●● Cords are consumables; it's normal for them to loosen or break after some wear! Regularly replacing the cord is a form of maintenance for your bracelet. ●● ●● Warranty & After-Sales Service ● 1-month warranty. If the cord becomes loose or breaks during wear, we will replace the cord for free (you only need to cover round-trip shipping). ● If the cord becomes worn after prolonged use and needs replacement, there will be a $100 material fee + round-trip shipping cost. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or accessories after prolonged wear, there will be a $200 material and labor fee + round-trip shipping cost (replacement of main charms or special accessories is not included and will be quoted separately based on the design). Important Notes: ● Natural gemstones may have internal ice cracks, fissures, cotton-like inclusions, mineral deficiencies, or symbiotic minerals, which are normal occurrences. ● All product images are of the actual items. Due to computer screen, lighting, and angle variations, please refer to the actual product. ● Measurement methods may vary, resulting in a 1-2cm error margin, which is unavoidable and normal. ● To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, handle with care. Avoid forceful pulling or impact. ● It is best to avoid wearing jewelry while bathing or submerging it in water. Please remove crystal jewelry before engaging in activities like sports or swimming to prevent damage from chemicals. ● Precious metal components may oxidize and darken over time due to contact with air, moisture, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, or sweat. This is a normal process. ● Our K gold accessories offer excellent color retention. When using, try to avoid scratching the surface. With proper care, the color can last for several months or longer, depending on individual usage habits. ● The cord on crystal bracelets may become visible due to handling or pulling. Simply adjust the beads to tuck the cord back inside.
