Workshop Description
Notes
✧ Our store is based on appointments. Please inform us at least one day in advance and confirm the registration.
✧ Please arrive on time on the day of the event. Failure to arrive without reason will be deemed as giving up and no refund or notification will be given. Latecomers will end the event at the original scheduled time.
✧ Self-selected pictures/portraits. Pet paintings. Please provide reference photos or pictures at least 3 days in advance for class preparation
✧ Please leave on time after the painting time is over to ensure the rights of other painters. Our store reserves the right to control the session.
✧ Overtime painting is charged at $800/hr. No canvas or other materials will be provided for overtime.
✧ Except for the open group painting activities, other activities are not allowed to paint together; only one accompanying person is allowed, and the person painting on site will be given priority in seating
✧ In order to maintain a good painting environment, bringing in or eating outside food is prohibited in the store. If you bring your own party cake, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged each time
✧ To maintain the quality of the event, please be sure to follow the event instructions
✧ In case of natural disasters and other force majeure factors, Piller will proactively notify and coordinate the rescheduling
**Cancellation/Rescheduling Procedures**
**※ All transactions will be subject to a transaction fee of NT$50※**
✧ Full refund if canceled more than 7 days before the event
✧ Cancellation 4-7 days (inclusive) before the event, 50% of the event amount will be refunded
✧ No refund will be given if the reservation is cancelled 3 days before the event (inclusive). One activity rescheduling is provided and must be used within 1 month
