For this reason, they are popular as gifts for children. We designed this wall decor with the motif of such carp streamers to fit in with modern interiors. A. Match with simple and modern interior While incorporating elements of traditional carp streamers, the design is modern and sophisticated. Its simple and beautiful form, which matches any interior, creates an elegant atmosphere in your room. B. Unevenness of genuine leather creates a sense of luxury Luxurious leather tanned in Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture, is used seamlessly and manufactured using the "leather shibori" method, in which the leather is formed into a three-dimensional shape. Conventional leather shibori is made using a wooden mold, which results in a simple shape, but we have made it possible to produce complex uneven shapes by using a 3D machined resin mold that clasps the leather from the top and bottom. We have developed a new product by utilizing this unique technology. Manufacturing Process 3D data is created → resin mold is cut by CNC automatic milling machine → leather is cut out and wetted with water, then pressed between male and female molds from above and below → fixed with clamps → dried, which is a very time-consuming process.
