An original work by Bunun artist Mr. Quan Defu (Laung).
"Lomav" is the Bunun word for Sika Deer.
It depicts Lomav returning to his tribe from the city, bending to cultivate the millet fields, and rediscovering his connection to the land and all living things. The ancestors' teachings seem to echo through the mountains and forests, reminding him not to forget—that we coexist with the mountains and forests, and are children of this land.
Through anthropomorphic design and traditional tribal attire, it embodies a sincere and endearing image, while conveying the spirit of cherishing endangered animals and revering nature.
