Notes
1. The experience time is about 2.5 hours, which may be adjusted according to the on-site conditions and the number of people. It is recommended to ask before placing an order. Zhuhaowanyi reserves all rights.
2. Target audience: Ages 10 and above, parents and children are welcome. Children under 10 must be accompanied by their parents
3. The fee includes: lecturer fees, materials, tools and equipment, venue fees & refreshments 1 per person
4. Please arrive 15 minutes early so that the class can start on time!
【Intimate Reminder】
1. After placing an order, please confirm whether you have received the experience class electronic ticket sent by Pinkoi via E-MAIL, and confirm the content, items and time period
2. The venue is limited. For the comfort and safety of the participants, only ticket holders are allowed to participate. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to participate in the experience.
3. For handcrafting courses, it is not allowed for only one person to register and for two people to share the same materials.
4. If the materials are wrong or damaged due to personal negligence during the process, the experiencer can only purchase the materials again on the spot (to make up the difference) before continuing the production. Please forgive me.
5. If you need to reschedule your trip, please refund your ticket and buy a new one. (Please do so 5 days in advance)
6. Participants are required to abide by the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the on-site instructor. If any damage is caused by violation, please be responsible for it yourself.
7. Please enter the event on time. Please try not to be late to avoid affecting your experience time. (According to regulations, no refunds can be made on the same day)
8. During the experience course, "Build Good Toys" will take photos of the event from the side, and upload the recorded photos to the Facebook fan page or IG "Build Good Toys" event page after the event. In the future, photos and images containing your portrait may be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. Experiencers can download their own photos. If you do not want to be photographed, you can actively inform the instructor at the event site, and the instructor will pay attention to side by side.
【Refund Notice】
1. If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters (such as suspension of classes due to typhoons), Zhuhaowanyi will take the initiative to contact you to postpone the session or refund the money.
2. If the ticket is refunded due to personal reasons, a 30% handling fee will be charged. (If it is really inconvenient, it is recommended to contact Zhuhao Wanyi to change the show, but only once)
3. Cancellation can be made four days before the course starts (excluding the day of the course) and a full refund will be given. Cancellation will not be accepted from three days before the course starts to the day of the course, and no refund will be given.
4. After placing an order, please confirm the items and amount on the electronic ticket. We will only provide a difference on site and no refund will be provided. Please contact us privately for cancellation and refund methods
