. The workshop operates by appointment only. Please indicate your preferred date and time in the order remarks section. Customer service will contact you to confirm your reservation.
. After payment, Pinkoi will provide a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be issued. Please present your booking confirmation email or order details upon entry.
. The materials provided for the handmade experience are for single-person use and cannot be shared by two individuals.
. Cancellations due to personal reasons will incur a 30% handling fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. Any price difference resulting from the change will be settled accordingly.
. Cancellations after rescheduling will incur a 30% handling fee.
. Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this activity.
Handmade experiences involve basic creation during the workshop.
Optional additional processing will be handled by professional metalcraft artists. On-site pickup of the finished piece is not possible on the same day.
Production time is approximately 20-30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
