. Classes are by appointment only. Please indicate your desired date and time in the order notes. Customer service will contact you to confirm your reservation.
. Upon payment, Pinkoi will send a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please present your booking confirmation email or order details for entry on the day of your experience.
. Materials provided for the hands-on experience are for individual use and cannot be shared by two people.
. Cancellations made by the consumer for personal reasons will incur a 30% handling fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
. Rescheduling is permitted up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. If there is a price difference after rescheduling, the difference will be settled accordingly.
. Cancellations after rescheduling will incur a 30% handling fee.
