. The course operates by appointment only. Please indicate your desired date and time in the order notes. Our customer service will contact you to confirm your reservation.
. After payment, Pinkoi will send a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please present your booking confirmation email or order details on the day of the experience for entry.
. Materials provided in the handmade experience course are for individual use and cannot be shared by two people.
. Cancellations made by the customer for personal reasons will incur a 30% service fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. If there is a price difference after rescheduling, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
. Cancellations after rescheduling are subject to a 30% service fee.
