At first sights, the grayish stone from the Feldspar family may seem quite dull, but thanks to its layered composition it produces fascinating sparks of blue, green, gold or even red when exposed to light. The stone was discovered by European missionaries in Labrador, Canada in 1770 and named after the area. However, long before that, labradorite was well known by indigenous people of Eastern Canada, who claim it fell from the frozen fire of Aurora Borealis. Labradorite is often referred to as the Stone of Magic, a crystal of choice for those seeking their path, embracing inner spirit, discovering their true selves. It is perfect for awakening one’s awareness and developing intuition. The stone is also believed to be the most powerful protector from misfortune and negativity and a perfect companion in the journey of self-discovery. Don't forget to provide your contact number for shipping procedure :) Feel free to drop us a line if you have any questions, we are more than happy to help you. Pasha & Natasha ☀️ from Bali **FAQ:** 1. Ring Size and Fitting We use standard US ring sizing throughout the shop, but we are more than happy to help you figure out the right size in other measuring scales (e.g. UK, Australian, European).

To save your time and money, we highly suggest you get an accurate size before purchase.

The best way to get an accurate size for your finger is to visit a jewelry store and have your finger measured with a special tool – finger sizer; or bring them a ring that fits your preferred finger and get the size with another special tool – ring sizer.

All our rings are Standard Fit, while Comfort Fit is also available on your request. 2. Turnaround Time of your Order For our silver items, please allow 5 to 7 business days to be prepared and shipped.
For our gold items, please allow 1 to 2 weeks to be prepared and shipped.

In case you have a tight schedule, no worries, we are 100% here to help :)
We provide RUSH order service with additional charge – turnaround 3 business days, please contact us in advance if this is what you need.
 3. Customs and import taxes There might be taxes/ customs duties (which is beyond the charge for shipping) imposed on shipments as they enter a country, and the amount varies among countries. Please check with the customs regulations in your country regarding receiving parcels from overseas for details. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 4.
Packaging Every piece of our jewelry in the shop comes in a wooden box (made of teak wood) placed inside a craft paper box with a wax seal.

We take our responsibility for the environment very seriously, hence all of our delicately handcrafted packaging from Cobali come from the wood offcuts sourced from local wood production places in Bali.

To make it even more special for your loved one, you can have your personalized gift message engraved on the bottom of wooden box. Your message will be arranged nicely in a beautiful font, an ideal way of sending love to your beloved one with your touching words. Please contact us in advance if this is what you need.
 5. Metal We Use Silver - Sterling silver we use is worth for the quality and lifetime value. It is an alloy of 92.5% silver with other elements. The remaining 7.5% of other elements gives the metal extra durability. Sterling silver can tarnish over time and may cause an allergic reaction in some wearers.

Gold - We use 14K gold for our jewelry. This alloy contains 58.5% pure gold, and it is perfect for both everyday use and special occasions. We suggest using 14K gold as items with higher gold percentage tend to scratch, wear down, bend, or even break more easily.
White Gold: an additional rhodium plating is made to guard against scratches, to give a reflective white appearance by concealing a broad range of off-white colors. Re-plating is needed. 6. Gemstones We Use Every piece of our gemstones is carefully hand-picked by our own hands. They are sourced for their unique quality and carefully crafted to create the Cobali jewelry pieces, making sure they meet the highly valued product quality of Cobali jewelry.

Any incidental marks, inclusions and/ or colour/texture variances are part of the gemstone’s natural characteristics, and should not be considered as imperfections. *Each stone is unique, and will vary from the stone in the listing photos.

In case you would like to take a part in picking your own gemstone for your jewelry, we would be glad to send you a video of the stones (3 pieces) we have for you to choose, with an additional charge. Let us know if this is what you are looking for.✨ 7. Custom Orders and Personalization Let us know in advance if you would like to switch the stone of your item to another kind, upgrade the stone and/or change the kind of metal your jewelry to be made of. (Additional charge may apply)

We totally understand that you might want to have a gemstone of your own on our items, and we are happy to customize it for you. Please send us the gemstone you have, so that we can work on the customization precisely. (Additional charge will apply) Please note that we do not send any of our items without a gemstone.

For the original design of our jewelries, we don't do Hall Mark stamp. A stamp of Hall Mark "585" / "925"on the inside of your ring is ONLY available on request.

Designs which do not belong to the shop are NOT available.
