Minor imperfections such as tiny pinholes (rice-sized), indentations on the back, or small surface scuffs may occur during production. These are considered normal and not defects. - Avoid direct sunlight and prolonged sun exposure. Do not place in high-temperature areas, as this can shorten the lifespan of the yoga mat and cause deformation. - New yoga mats may have a slight odor due to the material. The smell will fade after airing in a cool, ventilated place. - As the product is made of foam material, the presence of glitter on the surface is normal. Clean with water or wipe with a damp cloth before first use. - We strive to display the original color of the product as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings. The actual color received is the definitive one. - Products are inspected before shipment. Indentations that occur during transit will naturally recover within 3 days of being laid flat. [Shipping and Delivery Process] I. Taiwan Area 1. Home Delivery (Hsinchu Logistics): For in-stock items, orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. Delivery takes 1-3 business days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday (no Sunday deliveries). You may add a preferred delivery date and time in the order notes, and we will relay this to the logistics company. Delivery is subject to actual logistics conditions; nighttime delivery and carrying items to upper floors are not provided. Please be mindful of delivery times and watch for calls from the driver to avoid missing your delivery. 2.
