Change the water approximately every two days. When changing the water, you can trim the stems by 1-2cm at an angle to maintain good water absorption. Sequentially remove any wilted leaves or flowers as you tidy them up. Flowers with shortened stems after trimming can also be placed in small glass cups or jam jars for display. To prolong the life of your flowers, you can add flower food, a small amount of bleach (200ml/1ml or less), or a copper coin to the water. ■ Placement Please place in a cool, shaded area, avoiding direct sunlight and air conditioner drafts to extend the life of your fresh flowers. ■ Order Modifications & Cancellations If you need to change your order details, card message, or delivery address, please contact us no later than 12:00 PM, 5 days before the scheduled delivery date (e.g., for an order scheduled for June 8th delivery, please inform us by 12:00 PM on June 3rd at the latest). Please care for them appropriately according to your environment to extend their lifespan. Fresh flowers and plants are perishable products. Minor damage or scratches may occur during production and delivery. Slight imperfections are considered within the acceptable range, and we appreciate your understanding. Due to fluctuations in floral material availability, if a specific flower is out of stock, it will be replaced with a similar one to ensure the integrity and aesthetic of the design. Substitutions will not be notified in advance. ■ Card & Care Guide We offer card printing services. Please fill in your message content at checkout. A care instruction card will be included with your order, so you don't have to worry about how to care for your flowers. ■ Delivery Method For nearby areas in Shuangbei (Taipei & New Taipei City): Same-day delivery via Lalamove courier. For farther areas in Shuangbei and other cities/counties: Shipped the day before delivery via Homebox Express (cannot specify Sunday or Monday delivery; delivery will be arranged based on the driver's route. We recommend scheduling delivery for an earlier date). ■ Accuracy of Recipient Information Please ensure you provide the correct recipient name and phone number, and that the recipient is available to receive the delivery.
