1. After placing your order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. If you select the laser-engraved option, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store partner from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and available seating.
4. Materials are prepared upon order placement and payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
