How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measuring Method: Use a piece of cotton thread (like sewing thread) to comfortably wrap around the finger where the ring will be worn.
Straighten the thread and measure its length with a ruler in centimeters, then refer to the size chart.
● Inform our staff of your approximate height and weight, and the ring can be adjusted at our store after completion if needed.

**Workshops start with just one participant and are strictly by appointment.**
● To protect everyone's rights, any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least three days before the scheduled workshop.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Your booking can be transferred to another product or workshop.
● Samples are available for trying on at the store. Exchanges for designs of the same price are accepted (subject to available materials).
Upgrades to higher-priced designs are possible with an additional payment; no refunds will be given for exchanges to lower-priced designs.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available space if you wish to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for try-ons to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate each step and guide you through the process.
If a finished piece has an irreparable defect due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with design complexity. Completed pieces can be collected on the same day.

★ During the workshop, please adhere to the safety guidelines for equipment operation as instructed by the artisan.
Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after being advised will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, and based on public safety advisories, the workshop will be postponed and rescheduled for another date.
