French Ravinet d'Enfert boxed sterling silver shot glass
The company was founded in 1845 by E. Tonnelier and acquired by Louis Ravinet in 1882. In 1891, Charles d'Enfert joined forces with Louis Ravinet and the company was renamed Ravinet d'Enfert. Specializing in the production of sterling silver and Silver tableware, its high quality has won numerous honors, including gold medals at the 1894 Lyon Exposition and the 1897 Brussels Universal Exhibition. The Ravinet d'Enfert plant ceased operations in 1984.
An elegant sterling silver shot glass with the French sterling silver Minerva mark on it. It weighs 51g, so although it is sterling silver, it has enough grams so it is quite stable to hold. The shape is elegant and not complicated. It also has an antique box for storage, which is very suitable. Used when drinking alone.
