\\ The old lord has fallen, the new king ascends //
"Long live the king."
This piece is inspired by a past collaboration with Alarein on the theme of "Capital Sins."
Beelzebub, embodying gluttony, was the precursor to the Babirusa King. Later, combined with the antlers of a sika deer, the Babirusa King was created. Beelzebub, a Babirusa driven mad by the Fly King's control, is essentially a puppet of the Fly King. The first Babirusa King sacrificed himself to quell internal strife within the Babirusa clan.
The timeline of creation:
Beelzebub (Babirusa King with antelope horns, controlled by the Fly King) - 2023
> Babirusa King (Babirusa King with sika deer antlers) - 2024
> Old Lord Babirusa (First Babirusa King) - 2025
The Fly King consumed the brain marrow of the antelope-horned Babirusa King, controlling its thoughts and leading it to slaughter other species, disrupting the island's natural ecological balance. The Old Lord, as the father king, had to answer to the other tribes. He launched an offensive against the antelope-horned Babirusa King, resulting in mutual destruction. The Babirusa clan then elected their second son, the sika deer-horned Babirusa King, to ascend the throne and lead the tribe. (To be continued)

- Listing Summary
- The Babirusa, believed to be the offspring of a deer and a pig, is a creature unique to Indonesian islands. Its lower canines grow continuously until death, sometimes even piercing its own skull or eyeballs. This seemingly counter-evolutionary trait, coupled with past threats of poaching, has led to its current protection by the Indonesian government.
