From a young age, the shop owner has had a fondness for the "tassel" element, but it's a selective fondness (is this not true love?)...
For instance, tassels on clothing or overly prominent tassels on jeans are not to my liking; I almost exclusively prefer charms.
I've always found a small charm dangling and swaying to be quite charming, a subtle decorative accent that adds a touch of character without being too ostentatious.
After falling deep into the world of pre-owned bags, I started looking at other small items. I own an identical one of these charms myself, and it's incredibly exquisite!
For those who follow Celine, you'll notice they don't have a vast array of accessories, and bag charms are quite rare. This is a more recent piece, and the shop owner owns the same one!
A full metal tassel charm, each tassel adorned with small embellishments, offering a beautiful drape and undeniable cuteness! This is a discontinued and rare style!
I'm not exaggerating when I say I personally use an identical one. It's not heavy when attached to a bag, and the clasp opens easily without damaging the bag.
⚐⚑˒˒ The charm is in excellent condition. While not mint, the flaws are not significant! It comes with its original CELINE authentic box!
This is a metal tassel charm. The clasp features CELINE engraving and origin markings, with each tassel hanging several small pendants.
The base of the Arc de Triomphe charm also has CELINE engraving, showcasing exquisite and detailed craftsmanship. The Arc de Triomphe logo itself is also engraved with CELINE.
The entire piece is gold-toned, shimmering gold all over with no signs of oxidation or gold loss. There are minor signs of use on the back of the plaque and the clasp.
There is a small section of oxidation on the gold chain, only visible upon close inspection under direct light. It's not noticeable when attached to a bag.
The clasp is a spring ring type, allowing it to be easily hooked onto a bag as a charm or used as a keychain. It opens and closes smoothly and normally.
Overall, it shows only light signs of wear and comes with its original box. This discontinued, recent style is hard to find, and it's one I personally adore.
❍ The photos were personally taken by the shop owner under natural sunlight. Lighting conditions can vary with time, and color discrepancies cannot be entirely ruled out.
Additional detailed photos are available but cannot be displayed here; please message me to request them! Due to the unique nature of pre-owned orders,
returns and exchanges are not accepted. Therefore, please examine the photos carefully before placing your order.

The shop owner's primary reason for loving pre-owned bags is that the materials from older eras are vastly superior to those in modern new items.
In the past, most pre-owned items were ✦ handmade, with the warmth of craftsmanship rather than mass machinery.
The skill of artisans is undoubtedly far more delicate than that of machines, much like how everyone appreciates products crafted by skilled artisans!
However, today, the vast majority of processes are done by machinery with minimal human assembly, losing the subtlety of the past.
I find the simplest and most direct way to see this is by comparing the detailed patterns of recently reissued classic prints with the true classic prints from older eras.
The level of detail in the monogram patterns alone is entirely different. If you love monograms, you must seek out pre-owned items! Truly!
In terms of style, older eras featured ✦ simpler, timeless, and enduring designs. Many current new styles are actually reproductions of older designs.
However, new items are priced higher than their older counterparts. New designs are typically based on older models, with added details or modifications.
The final product often ends up being more complex (or peculiar......) than the older versions. I believe as everyone grows older, they realize one thing:
the simpler, the more enduring! As one ages, even clothing tends to revert to basic styles because the more fundamental, the more versatile.
The quality of raw materials in older items is also superior to newer ones. Anyone who understands ✦ leather can tell that the materials used in new items are often secondary to those in older ones.
This is mainly because the cost of high-quality raw materials is too high today, and their availability is less than before. Earth's resources are dwindling!
Furthermore, back then, brands didn't have the ubiquitous presence of numerous stores like they do now... Their clientele typically had a certain income level and certain expectations for the finished product.
There wasn't the "fast fashion" culture of today; a bag was expected to be used for many years.
The difference between new and old eras is clearly visible in the ✦ hardware. Many new items' hardware oxidizes and discolors after just one or two years,
but older models typically do not. Besides the use of high-spec materials and meticulous techniques, hardware from earlier eras was often plated with real K-gold!
It's worth noting that Chanel Vintage is expensive for a reason; many of its clasps and chains contain real gold, certified by gold merchants!
This is why many Vintage bags, even from the 60s and 70s, still gleam today if properly maintained.
As for new items available now, based on my knowledge of brands, none of their hardware contains K-gold, which is why it oxidizes so easily.
Many say that buying Vintage bags is a form of alternative investment because they rarely depreciate and often appreciate in value.
This is because the number of pre-owned bags in good condition on the market is steadily decreasing; each one that disappears is gone forever. Remember, each of these is a discontinued item.
The number that exists in the world is finite, so they will only become fewer, more expensive, and harder to find.
Moreover, many brands periodically increase their prices, and each increase drives up the market price of pre-owned items.
If a brand releases a "reissue," the Vintage reference or similar styles will see a sharp price increase!
Add to this the recent trend of Japanese and Korean celebrities using vintage items. Once a particular style is seen on a celebrity, its price skyrockets immediately, truly skyrockets.
This is because, for a period, many people will frantically search for that style or a similar alternative, causing the prices of those few items to multiply...
Therefore, Vintage is truly a case of "buy early, enjoy longer; buy late, pay more" (this is not an advertising slogan... it's a truth in the pre-owned world...).
This is my personal experience; I regret not entering the market earlier for many series, and now I can't find them, or if I do, the price is astronomical...
But the problem is, even knowing the price is astronomical, you're compelled to buy because waiting will only mean a higher price (unless the condition is poor).
I am frequently asked about bag maintenance (ᐢ.ˬ.ᐢ). I will include a small note with details inside the bag, so don't worry.
My personal habit is to give them a polish when I'm organizing my closet during seasonal changes (so each seasonal change is a major undertaking...|||).
Actually, pre-owned bags aren't that troublesome. Getting into the hobby simply requires getting used to regular maintenance and cherishing the bag. Once it becomes a habit, it's not difficult.
The materials of pre-owned bags are inherently excellent. As long as they are not used roughly and are stored properly, they can easily last another ten years to be passed down to your daughter!
Every pre-owned bag is one I love and have collected, so I hope you will love it too and be able to preserve it ☪︎ *.。
☾︎.*·̩͙ If you are interested in purchasing, please feel free to message me for details. Inquiries are welcome; pre-owned items are sought for those who understand their value and have a connection with them ⸜❤︎⸝.
